The Rainbow Senior Center is an adult nutrition and activity center for adults 55 years and older Services offered at the facility are activities, community gardening, fitness, health and wellness, home health closet, nutrition and transportation. The Rainbow Senior Center is located at 17 Old San Antonio Rd and is open Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm.
