Z's Wood Fired

Family owned and operated, Z’s Wood Fired Pizza is run by executive chef and owner Zachary Disch who developed a love for good food at a young age. The idea originally started in 2013 as a food truck at The Pavilion Food Park and soon moved to Random Beer Garden as their anchor food trailer. Valentines Day 2017 is when Z’s Wood Fire Pizza finally opened their own brick and mortar doors where you can enjoy the homemade pizzas inside or outside on their patio which features a stage for live music, a fireplace, and a kids playset. If you love the pizza from Z’s but you want to cook it from your own home they offer take, bake and make your own pizza kits along with take-out and curbside pick-up options. The restaurant hosts many community events as well that you can find listed on their website or social media pages. Located at 118 Old San Antonio Rd, Z’s is open Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11am-9pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am-10pm.
