Valeria Ristorante Italiano is a restaurant in Boerne that believes in serving the cleanest food without GMO’s trans fats, additives or unnecessary preservatives. Founded in 2014 by owner and head chef Keith Kuhn. As a former wine importer, Chef Kuhn can pair the best wines with your meal to take the flavor palate to the next level. Valeria Ristorante Italiano describe their food as rustic, classic Italian meets farm-to-table cuisine. Several dining options are available from delivery and to-go options, the dinner menu, an extensive wine list and a grocery service. The restaurant also has a private room that can be rented for up to 80 guests. Located at 109 Waterview Parkway St.  105 it is open Monday through Saturday from 5pm-9pm.
