Cibolo Creek Brewing Co. is owned and operated by two Boerne families who have a deep love for the residents and community’s rich history. Their brews pay homage to the area’s history and location on the Cibolo Creek. The brews change with the seasons from light and refreshing in the summer months to darker and stronger in the winter months. All the food at Cibolo Brewing Co. is sourced from Texas farms that adhere to the high quality of product so the food not only tastes good, but the staff can tell you exactly where it came from as well. Their lunch and dinner menu features bar snacks such as Pulled Wagyu Brisket Cheesy Fries and Bier Buns, soups and salads are offered and main dishes such as a Chicken Fried Sandwich on a Potato Bun or a CCB Goat Burger. Desserts are offered seasonally along with the beer and wine selections.
