Tusculum

The H.O. Adler Building which many residents have known as Bergmann Lumber Company is now home to a new family owned an operated business along the Hill Country Mile, Tusculum Brewing Company. The family is dedicated to preserving the history and small-town sense of community of Boerne. With a large selection of their craft beer, great food selection for snacking or for an entire meal, and kids menu options, Tusculum is a great place to stop by for a few beers or for an entire outing. They also have sourced wine, champagne and cider for the non beer drinkers. Check out their Facebook page to see when live musicians will be playing at the brewery. Located at 236 S Main St, the hours of operation are Thursday from 4pm-8pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am-9pm and Sunday from 12pm-6pm.
