Lost Creek is a popular neighborhood located off of Ralph Fair Road in Boerne. The community is in Bexar county and is zoned for Northside Independent School District schools; Leon Springs Elementary, Rawlinson Middle School and Clark High School. There are multiple sections to the community including Presidio of Lost Creek, Summit of Lost Creek, Bluffs of Lost Creek, and the Reserve of Lost Creek. These homes were built in the early 2000’s primarily by three builders, Pulte, Centex and Castlerock. The Bluffs at Lost Creek and the Reserve at Lost Creek each have HOA fees of $173 quarterly which covers the controlled access, pool and playground maintenance. The other sections of Lost Creek have a quarterly HOA fee of $80 and these portions of the community do not come with any amenities.
