Golf

The Golf community of FOR has a wide range of homes from small ranch style homes on moderate lots to larger estates on half an acre. All of these homes border the two 18-hole Fair Oaks Ranch golf courses. These homes are not in a gated community but do share some of the amazing amenities that FOR has to offer such as a pool, tennis courts, golf course, clubhouse, jogging trails and river park. The association dues are $150 annually (this is subject to change and buyer will need to do their due diligence). These are custom homes that date back to the early 1990’s although there are some that were built in the 2000’s as well. The community is zoned for Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School, Voss Middle School and Champion High School.
