Front Gate

Front Gate is a large production community just off Fair Oaks Parkway. The homes were built by Gehan Homes, Highland Homes and Ashton Woods from the mid 2010’s to early 2020’s. Lots are standard size and don’t feature mature trees. The community is gated but does not offer any additional amenities. The HOA is $480 annually and the community is also a member of the Fair Oaks Ranch HOA. The community is zoned for Van Raub Elementary School, Boerne Middle School South and Champion High School.
