Cibolo Trails

Cibolo Trails at Fair Oaks Ranch is a custom community of homes built in the early 2010’s. The homes all sit on about a quarter of an acre, have flat lots and do not have large mature trees like most Fair Oaks communities. The community is apart of the Fair Oaks HOA but also has it’s own HOA with a quarterly fee of $240. The community is zoned for Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School, Voss Middle School and Champion High School. Some of the homesites back up to the Cibolo Creek which lends to the community’s name.
