The Arbors at

The Arbors at Fair Oaks is a community built in 2020-2022 by builders Scott Felder and Coventry located along Ralph Fair Road with easy access to the freeway or Fair Oaks Ranch amenities. With only 90 homesites, the community will have a small, close-knit feel and is gated for added privacy. The mature oaks have been preserved where possible on the homesites. The community is apart of the Fair Oaks Ranch HOA but also has it’s own HOA with a fee of $80 monthly. The students go to Fair Oaks Elementary School, Voss Middle School and Champion High School.
